My Journey
As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, I bring a unique blend of personal experience and professional insight to my practice. This combination fuels my dedication to offering care that honors the diversity of minds and the range of life experiences my clients bring. Additionally, as an ex-military spouse, having lived at Fort Bliss, TX, I deeply understand the complexities of military life and the challenges that come with it. These experiences have shaped my commitment to providing compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed therapy.
