My Journey
As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer and an ex-military spouse, I deeply understand the complexities that come with being neurodivergent, as well as navigating military life. These experiences fuel my passion for offering therapy that honors your unique needs and perspective. I believe in creating a safe, affirming space where we can work together to explore your strengths, challenges, and growth.
Training & Expertise
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Levels 1 & 2 of the Gottman Method for couples therapy, using evidence-based techniques to help individuals and couples navigate trauma, strengthen relationships, and build lasting emotional connections.
